What to do in a claim event?
1. We recommend starting with telemedicine
80% of initial contacts can be resolved through telemedicine, allowing you to save time and interact with your doctor at a time and place that suits you. You can start using telemedicine through the Digital Clinic, MyDoc or any other telemedicine provider of your choice.
2. Choose a medical service provider to partner with
If you need to see a physical doctor or if your telemedicine doctor does not offer the service you need then keep the following in mind when going to the doctor:
- be sure to mention that your health insurance provider is ERGO
- you do not have to pay for treatment services if the provider is a partner (only the amount that exceeds the coverage rate is due for payment)
- bring an identity document

3. If you are unable to find a suitable healthcare provider
If none of the partnering doctors offer the service you want, contact a doctor of your choice. In this case, proceed as follows:
- pay the treatment bill yourself initially
- fill in a damage claim to recover the costs incurred HERE!
- ERGO will reimburse costs according to terms and coverage rates

Health insurance purchase conditions
1. The minimum period of insurance is one year (12 months).
2. The User will be required to pay all or part of the health insurance installments through the employer’s compensation assigned to the User via the Stebby platform. Payment solely from the User’s personal funds is not allowed.
a) Stebby reserves the right not to enforce the contract purchased under any other conditions and to return the funds to the User’s Stebby account.
b) Stebby shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or likely to be incurred by the User in the event of non-compliance with the rules referred to in point 2.
3. Payment for the insurance shall be made on the basis of an advance payment.
a) The insurance cover starts on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month.
b) If the purchase is made between the 1st and the 25th day of the month, the insurance shall take effect from the first day of the month following the purchase. If the purchase is made between the 26th and the last day of the month, the insurance takes effect from the first day of the month following the month of purchase.
c)The purchase may be withdrawn from before the insurance takes effect but not later than the 25th day of the month of purchase.
4.Stebby will inform the user by e-mail if the user does not have sufficient funds on their Stebby account on the due date. The insurance contract will be terminated if sufficient funds are not added by the additional deadline given by Stebby.
5. By purchasing insurance, the User confirms that he/she understands and agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
